For the Korean Air Hotel project, we were responsible for the MEP scope during the construction BIM phase. Our services included 4D construction simulation, clash detection, review of multiple design changes, and quantity verification to support efficient construction management. In addition, we provided BIM support for facility management, ensuring that the digital asset would serve long-term operational and maintenance needs.
